Bog chapel spiritual fitness training is a revolutionary way of addressing spiritual health.  It is based on the belief that your spirit can be as fit as your body and that the principles and procedures of going about both are much the same.

The principle and procedures of physical fitness are based simply on the fact that you have a body.  Modifications and adaptations can and are made to accommodate special circumstances and situations, but basically whoever we are and wherever we come from, our bodies are made of the same stuff.

Similarly, Bog Chapel Spiritual Fitness Training principles and procedures are based simply on the fact that you have a spirit.  Again, modifications and adaptations can and are made to accommodate special circumstances and situations, but whoever we are and wherever we come from, our spirits are made of the same stuff.

Spiritual Fitness Training covers four major areas:

  1. Spiritual Intake
  2. Building Spiritual strength, endurance and flexibility
  3. Recovering, repairing and restoring strength, endurance and flexibility as required.
  4. Sustaining and increasing spiritual strength, endurance and flexibility in daily life.
